Age Policy for New Customers

TO ENTER AND/OR PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

You will be asked to confirm your age (date of birth) at checkout. 
When you place an order, your name, address and credit card information are used
to confirm your identity and age.
Age and address verification is done at No Charge to you.

If we are unable to verify your age, we reserve the right to ask you to provide a 
copy of your state issued ID or to call you to confirm your age and purchase.

We are required by law and committed not to sell to anyone under the legal age
to make a purchase from us.
We adhere to FDA and State requirements regarding tobacco and vapor product sales.
Providing a false declaration under penalties of perjury is a criminal offense and
will be reported to your local authorities.

For online purchasing, we accept eChecks (online check) and Major Credit Cards.
If you like to place a mail order,
- Place your order and log in as a new customer to set up your account.
For Mail Orders, use Option 2 at checkout. You can also print a order form and mail it in.
For first time mail orders, please enclose either a check or money order as payment
and INCLUDE a copy of your order and ID.
